Occupancy tax of 8% is additional and will be added to above prices.
Prices are based on double occupancy - additional charge of $15 per person, per day for extra guests.

Terms and Conditions:

  • $35 NON refundable fee required to hold reservation. This $35 will be deducted from the remainder of the total cost, which is due at check in. If you cancel the reservation at any time, this fee will NOT be refunded. It is our cancellation service fee.
  • 7 day cancellation policy. $35 service/ booking fee is NON refundable.
  • Rates subject to change without notice. Rate quotes are NOT guaranteed until the reservation is actually booked and the $35 NON refundable booking fee/ service fee is charged. At that point, your rate is locked in for those dates only.
  • Check in is after 3 p.m.
  • Check out is before 11 a.m.*
  • *Guests who do not check out before 11 a.m. *including all belongings* Will be automatically charged an extra nights stay.
    • No unregistered guests in room after 10 p.m.
  • All rooms are non-smoking *$100 fee assessed for violations*
  • No Pets Please
  • $10 cash only refundable key deposit. Refund given upon check out when key(s) are returned.
  • $20 fee will be assessed if guests do not clean and return dishes to storage upon check out.
